I worked with Rick and Sabrina on a daily basis, as a Project Manager, during the construction of Lafayette Street in Leon County. The Lafayette Street Project from CSX Railroad to Seminole Dr. was a stormwater, roadway project with considerable slopes. The project required the removal of the exisiting roadway (concrete), curb & gutter & sidewalk, installaton of an enclosed conveyance system, re-build roadway, 8 foot scored sidewalk and landscaping. Considering the extreme weather encountered during construction and a highly visible project, Talcon Group LLC delivered an excellent project within the given contractual time.
